Responsible use of FSS ONE

Service and operator

These terms apply to FSS ONE, operated by SIA FLEXLAB (registration number 40203617609), Katlakalna iela 9A, Riga, LV-1073, Latvia. FSS ONE provides tools for authorised business-email connection, message preparation and sending, reply synchronisation, campaign control and related safety records.

Authorised accounts and use

You may connect only a mailbox that you own or are authorised to administer. You are responsible for the messages, recipients, lawful basis, permissions and instructions entered into FSS ONE. You must not use the service for fraud, unlawful surveillance, credential theft, harassment, malware, deceptive messaging or activity that violates applicable law or a mailbox provider's rules.

Connected provider accounts

Where supported, Google and Microsoft account access is provided through OAuth. A password entered on a provider's sign-in page is submitted only to that provider. You can revoke the authorisation through the provider account or disconnect it in FSS ONE. Other supported mailboxes may use customer-configured SMTP/IMAP credentials, including an app password where the provider requires one. FSS ONE does not currently provide a Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp connector. Each third-party service remains governed by its own terms and policies.

Business outreach and recipient rights

Business outreach and direct marketing are intended uses of FSS ONE. You remain responsible for the lawful source and legal basis of the recipient data, targeting, sender identity, message content and timing, required notices and compliance with electronic-marketing and provider rules. An objection or unsubscribe must be honoured and processing for direct marketing must stop for that recipient.

Availability and safety

Mail delivery and receipt also depend on connected providers, recipient systems, internet access and other third-party services. FSS ONE may pause or restrict activity when necessary to protect accounts, recipients, data integrity or service security. A successful connection test does not guarantee that every future message will be delivered.

Data and termination

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You may stop using FSS ONE and disconnect a mailbox at any time. We may suspend access that is unlawful, unsafe or materially breaches these terms.
