FSS ONE

CONNECTED EMAIL WORKSPACE

Use your existing business accounts with clear, revocable access.

FSS ONE helps a business connect supported Google and Microsoft mailboxes or configure another supported SMTP/IMAP provider, send authorised business outreach, retrieve replies and keep delivery, reply and unsubscribe activity together. FSS ONE does not currently connect to Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp.

How provider connection works

  1. Choose the supported provider in FSS ONE.
  2. Sign in on the provider's own page and approve the access needed for the features you selected.
  3. Return to FSS ONE, which verifies both sending and incoming-mail access.

A password entered on Google's or Microsoft's sign-in page stays with that provider. FSS ONE receives revocable OAuth authorisation, not the password. Access can be revoked in the provider account or by disconnecting the account in FSS ONE. If the customer instead configures SMTP/IMAP manually, the submitted password or app password is stored as a protected credential and used only to operate that connection.

Why mailbox access is requested

Provider data is used only for the features you activate: sending authorised messages, synchronising incoming messages and threads, identifying replies and delivery failures, and applying unsubscribe and safety controls. FSS ONE does not sell connected-account data or use mailbox or recipient data to build advertising profiles, target third-party ads or train a general-purpose AI model. Business outreach is an intended product function and remains the customer's responsibility under applicable marketing law.
